At 254Kicks, all sales are considered final.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to sizing, fit, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges may be approved only at the sole discretion of the business owner.
Any exception must be authorized in writing before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All items sold by 254Kicks are guaranteed authentic.
Each item is inspected prior to shipment to verify authenticity and condition.
Claims of inauthenticity must be supported by credible evidence and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Items are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, including appropriate protective packaging.
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist with claims when applicable.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was significantly damaged during transit, you must contact us within three days of delivery.
Clear photos and documentation are required for review.
Approved claims will be handled at our discretion.

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact 254Kicks directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered, authentic, and accurately described items may result in:
- Permanent suspension from future purchases
- Submission of evidence to the payment processor, including tracking confirmation, delivery proof, and product documentation
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent permitted.
